About Us

Who We Are & What We Offer

Thanks for stopping by the Lazy Lab Acres website!  We re-branded from BlueLine WoodWorks, LLC (May 2020), so if you happened to search for BlueLine WoodWorks, you are still in the right spot!

Our focus at Lazy Lab Acres is to build, grow & engage.

Build:

The primary focus of the business is to build custom products for your home or office.  At Lazy Lab Acres, we source high quality materials to ensure that every piece is built to last.  Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are our top priorities! We offer custom furniture, home decor, and laser engraving services (plaques, tumblers, jewelry, etc.)

Grow:

Our family is growing and so is our business! We just welcomed our first child into the world and we are hoping to take the business from a side hustle to a full time gig by the end of 2021. We are also in the process of starting up our new homestead where we will be growing more of our own food (follow along on YouTube!)

Engage:

Social media has been an extremely valuable resource for our business since the start.  From daily updates on Instagram to full build/VLOG videos on YouTube, we focus on engaging with others in the maker/homesteading community while being able to market to our target audience.  It is a fun way to share our processes and commitment to quality while also sharing/gaining knowledge with other businesses & DIYers.  The majority of our support comes from our local community which has been great and we want it to continue!

Everything we make is custom, so just give us a shout with what you need and we’ll make it happen.  You can see some of our previous projects on the Portfolio Page and you can see what we are currently working on via Instagram (@lazylabacres).

If you have any questions or would like to get started on a custom piece, please do not hesitate to contact us.  Thanks again for the support and we are very excited as we get one step closer to turning this “side hustle” into a business that can support our whole family. We are located in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area of North Carolina
